How pricing works →
01
A named engineer, and a named backup

You get one engineer who learns your firm and a second who is briefed on it. Nobody starts from scratch when the first one is on holiday.

02
Helpdesk by phone, email, or portal

Thirty-minute first response in writing during business hours. Managed clients also get an after-hours line for outages.

03
Proactive monitoring and patching

Servers, workstations, firewalls, and switches are watched. Patches are tested and applied on a published schedule, not whenever someone remembers.

04
Backups verified by restore, not by log

A backup that has never been restored is a guess. We restore a sample file and a sample mailbox every month and record the result.

05
Asset, licence, and credential register

Every device, licence, and login in one register, in your firm's name. You can read it, export it, and take it with you.

06
A monthly report a partner can read

Tickets raised and closed, patches applied, backups verified, and anything we think you should spend money on next quarter.

How it runs

01
Twenty-minute call

We ask what you have, who set it up, and what breaks most often. No sales deck.

Free
02
Documentation sprint

We map the network, collect credentials into your register, and write down how it actually works today.

5 business days
03
Remediation plan, priced

A written list of what is wrong, what it costs to fix, and what can safely wait. You decide.

Fixed fee
04
Ongoing service

Month to month. Thirty days notice, and you already hold every credential.

From $95/user

What you get in writing

Yours to keep
01
Credential register

Every login, its owner, and its recovery path.

02
Network diagram

Drawn, labelled, and updated when things change.

03
Patch & backup log

What was patched, what was restored, and when.

04
Monthly service report

Plain-English summary, sent to the partner who signs.

You probably need this if any of these sound familiar

One person knows the passwords.

And that person is a contractor, a founder, or the office manager who happens to be good with computers.

Nobody can say when a backup was last tested.

Backups are running. Whether they restore is a separate question, and nobody has asked it.

Tickets go into a black hole.

You email, then wait, then call. There is no record of what was promised or when.

Questions about managed it

What is the minimum contract?

There is no term. Managed IT is month to month with thirty days notice. The only thing you sign is a service description and a privacy schedule.

Can you work alongside our existing IT person?

Yes, and many firms start that way. We document what exists so your contractor or staff member is no longer the only person who knows how it works.

Do you support Macs?

Yes. Mixed Windows and macOS offices are normal in professional services, and both are covered at the same per-user rate.

What counts as after hours?

Outside 08:00–18:00 Pacific, Monday to Friday. Managed and Managed + Security clients have a direct line for outages at any hour.
